Introduction

We are so excited to be finally getting married after seven years!! Five of which was long distance!! We are looking forward to share the most important day of our life with family and friends. 

Currently, both Andrew and I, live in the Cayman Islands, yet our wedding will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Therefore we are planning from a distance - story of my life!  In this blog, take a peek into our thoughts, planning and preparations. Please feel free to comment on any post: suggestions and tips are warmly invited! We need all the help we can get, as I haven't lived in Jakarta since 2001, I have little to no knowledge about the city nowadays!

We want a beautiful wedding that is more modern than traditional, it has to be a mix between two cultures - Andrew is Canadian and Sari is Indonesian.

We are at the very beginning of the planning stage, we still don't know what our inspiration would be. I will post random inspiration board throughout the site. I am hoping this will help us decide the final details. At the moment, I (Sari) love the idea of Tiffany Blue, Chocolate Brown, Champagne (pale gold), Ivory and splashes of rosey pink for the color theme, but this can absolutely change in a moment's notice!
